Hatha yoga allows you to self transform both physically and mentally. You will gain balance through your stretch, form and most importantly breath. It opens channels of energy to improve health both externally and internally.

OLIVE Well-Being offers 1:1 classes where lessons will be personalised to your strengths and needs.
We offer small group sessions in set locations or if you are interested in setting up your own group with friends and family, OLIVE Well-Being will guide you and your loved ones through the personalised sessions.
