About OLIVE
OLIVE Well-Being offers a branch of peace between our bodies and our minds. It offers you the tools to help improve the self awareness we all deserve in a nurturing and caring way. It allows us to find calm in our daily lives.
OLIVE Well-Being works with adults 1:1, small yoga group classes, Mindfulness workshops, schools (staff insets, parent workshops, children workshops, after school clubs).

MY STORY
Founder of OLIVE Well-Being I hope to share my passion for teaching mindfulness and yoga in different communities and schools. Trained as a Primary School Teacher and after many years of teaching in schools around the world, I was able to see first hand the benefits of learning about emotional intelligence. Not only for students in my classes or schools but it was visible to see the positive impact it can have on all ages and communities. I later became a children's and adults yoga instructor, after finding this to be a complimentary combination. I hope to continue meeting people from around the world, sharing my practice by bringing a little calm and sparkle to their world.

WHY OLIVE ?
There are two main reasons for the name Olive. One being the ancient symbol that the olive tree demonstrates, peace and friendship, rooting us to the important values of life. Yoga and Mindfulness are tools in which we can all use and access helping us find our own inner peace. The second is because at the beginning of my career I bought a very special Van called Olive, this VW took me on some incredible journeys allowing me to embrace and value the everyday moments in life.
